Dr. Natalia M Schotte began working with flower essences in 1986. She established La Vie de la Rose Flower Essences in 2006. She has been an internationally acclaimed spiritual counselor and speaker in the field of spiritual growth for 25 years. Dr. Schotte holds a Ph.D. in Therapeutic Counseling from The Open International University of Complementary Medicines. She is also a Level 5 graduate from The International College of Spiritual and Psychic Sciences. Dr. Schotte is the creator of the Aquarian Science of Triangles™, Spiritual Kinesiology™, and the Spiritual Science of the Evolution of Human Consciousness™. These extensive bodies of work provide new, unprecedented approaches for Accelerated Spiritual Growth. She is also the Executive Director of The S.H.E. Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to activating and anchoring the Divine Feminine Principle on Earth through women’s spiritual development and their expression of authentic leadership in society.
Our Purpose
We are passionate about our work. We are dedicated to supporting the transformation of human consciousness through inner development. Our founder, Dr. Natalia M Schotte, personally chooses the specific flowers holding the requisite patterns of consciousness to meet these spiritual challenges and healing requirements.
What are Flower Essences?
Flower essences are natural healing agents that work in the subtle energy system of the human body to create change. These changes in the subtle energy system are reflected in a person's consciousness and life. Some flower essences are created to assist in physical healing, others to balance the mind and emotions.
La Vie de la Rose Flower Essences are unique in that they address life challenges and issues by catalyzing and supporting Accelerated Spiritual Growth.
How are Flower Essences taken?
Flower essences are taken orally with the exception of a forehead application for infants and optional water infusion for young children. The amount taken varies between one drop and one dropperful.
 Urban Essences for the Urban Environment
The synchronization of our flower essences with humanity’s spiritual growth is augmented by the fact our gardens are located in an urban environment (current Population Reference Bureau data indicates nearly 80% percent of the U.S. and 50% of the world's population live in urban areas). Our urban location strengthens the effectiveness of our flower essences through horizontal healing or the principle of ‘like healing like’. It uniquely attunes us to respond to the requirements of today’s and tomorrow’s spiritual seeker.
Potent Agents of Spiritual Healing
Our flower essences are derived from consciously tended plants grown on land that is an energy vortex and has been maintained as a Spiritual Light Center for over 23 years. They are produced from mature, healed flowers picked at the height of potency in their growing cycle. We are the only company in our industry to age our Mother Tinctures ‘a year and a day’ prior to releasing them to the marketplace, thereby, ensuring their energetic stability.
Making the Flower Essences
When making the flower essences, Dr. Schotte asks Nature to release the healing and balancing patterns of the flower in full potency into the water in which she has placed the petals for maximal healing and spiritual growth of humanity. She then asks Beings of Light to bestow a blessing upon the solution. The solution sits in the sun for about three hours to ground the healing patterns in form.
*Some of our flower essences may contain organic debris which is a natural by product of the flower essence production process.
Defining the Purpose of an Essence
To understand the pattern of consciousness the flower essence activates within humans, Dr. Schotte sits with the flowering plant or its Mother Tincture and experiences this pattern as energy, which she then translates into flower essence purpose statements. These statements reflect a new level of human consciousness as well as the blueprint to achieve it.
Our Flower Essences are Safe and Side Effect Free
Our gardens have been chemical free for over 30 years. Our flower essences are preserved in water with either brandy alcohol (13.3% by volume) or distilled white vinegar (60%). They are taken orally with the exception of a forehead application for infants and optional water infusion for young children. The amount taken varies between one drop and one dropperful.

Jeff Dykehouse is both a photographer and a humanitarian. The loss of his 14 month old daughter, Emily, inspired Jeff to offer his services, as a gift, to pediatric hospice families. The result is Emily's Big Picture Project. Jeff's gift of capturing the essence of children has transferred to his work with us.
